1). what does it mean when ranking turns to 1st?
i.e when your ranking turns to 1st out of the total number people registered on a similar case. what does that mean?
2). what does Top Nationality mean?

it simply means nothing.

It means you are in very front in the waiting game among the people with same category, service center, filing date. But this is only for the Lawfully users, not for all immigrants in the US. This ranking can change though, eg if a new user adds his case and he is ahead of you like you are in biometrics and he is in interview, your ranking will become 3rd, 5th, etc. The top 5 nationalities is just the most common 5 nationalities of the people being compared to you.
