Public Charge Rule I-944 supporting docs still required in the interview?
dear mates, my interview has been scheduled for November (I-130-I485). Since the public charge rule is no longer in effect, does it mean I am not required to bring documentation for form I-944 declaration of self-sufficiency to the interview? or does the rule still apply to people who sent their application at the time when the Rule was in effect? Thank you so much!

September 30, 2021 We ordered your new card.
September 30, 2021 We received your request for expedite processing.
September 23, 2021 The fingerprints relating to your Form I-765 Application for Employment Authorization, were taken.
February 16, 2021 We received your Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization.

well, I had to wait 8months for EAD. definitely patience is a must. you will get it soon hopefully cuz it seems many cases that were in stall are moving fast now.
