I filed my I 765 and I 485 October 2021 still waiting to hear from them. is anyone experiencing this delay.

what is you center? My case is from TSC and I applied in June/2021. It got approved last week.

I called the uscis to ask about my case i765 and the information specialist told me she cannot see my case on the computer that it's a special case has any one experience this before. please I need an urgent reply because am passing out.
