PETITIONER BIRTH CERTIFICATE
is a requirement the petitioner birth certificate?, petinioner is American naturalized, does he have to get his bith certificate from his home country or is it enough with his American passport or naturalization certificate?

he needs to get his birthday certificate from his home country. Birthday certificate proves age while US certificate of naturalization or passport proves that the person is a US citizen. This is what my attorney told me when I got confused. You may call your lawyer to ask…
