I got they same update march 2022 and greencard didnt approve because I have a pending appeal case 1290b case 1 year now

well my apeal got aproved but USCIS reopened my I-130 requesting more Evidence prior to my husband‘s marriage since it was long time ago we don’t even have more evidence we didn’t even keep anything from her I don’t understand this is very frustrating for me

we got the apeal decision aproved back last year July 2021 after one year USCIS decided to reopen the case and sent us intend to deny asking more proof from his first marriage that was back than 2013 we dont even have clue where is she at other than whatever we had we already provide them just don’t understand what else we can do

I was living with my boyfriend back home in my country and get a child who born over here in they USA 🇺🇸 and ower relationships ended we both move on I get marry over here to someone and at they interview my hubby mistake say I was married to my child father back home so they send intended to denied I send prove we was not marry they still denied me so my lawyer appeal august 2021 they send letter they receive my appeal September 2021 then march I get update for my work authorization case close beneficiary receive status true other means then April I receive a letter they receive my appeal and transfer it to chief counsel office and incase to make inquiry I must summit by mail I start me process since 2019 it’s very fasturating

I send documents from my home country that’s there is not marriage between us or nothing registered at they court of marriage

our apeal took almost 1 year and half they transfer mid february 2020 to chief office and got anwer back on July 2021 just wait a little more you will get the apeal i got it but still in the system shows same no update basically When you’re getting the appeal decision USCIS is re-opening your case and deciding whether to approve or deny again so I don’t even understand how the crazy system works but this is hassle for all of us

I just received same update for i765. i refilled my adjustment of status application wit USCIS. I got work permit from first application already. I assume that is the reason I got this update. but I’m not sure. may be I’m getting green card approved soon who knows 🤷🏻‍♂️
