I got that same email and text message, nothing changed when I logged in but I think mine was from they sent me the rfe notice I was to get that notification. they are very slow with sending out the text and email notifications

yes to a point I messed up my affidavit and I didn’t know I had to do one for my daughter so they sent for that. but let’s just say that was ok for me I would of gotten a rfe for a medical to take with me to my interview when that is scheduled because I didn’t send it in with the documents. but if you sent in the medical and every other documents were all good then you wouldn’t get an rfe I think

they only send rfe for missing documents or if they need more proof

case was received on June 3

ok so my I-485 June 02 finger prints fee received by then and July 10 I think the officer was going through the forms and so they issued the rfe that date July 28 rfe response received. my I 765 case received June 16 July o6 biometrics appointment scheduled my case number for my i485 is mcs so it’s at a different location from my I-765 which starts with IOE now I don’t think from your case was received anyone went through it because the finger prints fee should have changed to received if they had applied it. so still unless someone goes through the paper work you won’t be sure if anything is missing or so for them to send an rfe but they should if at least accepted your fingerprints fee

I don’t get why your I 485 status didn’t update, it they collected the biometrics the officer can just apply the biometrics to the I-485 when they start to review it…. they take forever to update and notify you sometimes if the changes to your case.

yes that’s what I’m wondering about because when did my biometrics, the form says it’s for I-485 & I-360 but never applied to I-485

the officer or who ever has it I would think haven’t checked back on it because they can just apply it to it, and they will need to to schedule the interview
