At this point, I surrender. After God, it’s The US government, then Mark Zuckerberg and USCIS. my lawyer already put in service request since September 16. hopefully something good comes out cos my tired is already tired

I didn’t do anything I waited for it until it was approved

well if u took 5 months to respond then u can blame yourself. maybe it passed the processing time and put behind

yeah that’s really long if you have a lawyer you can wait 24 months if nothing happens you can ask your lawyer to threaten a mandamus or actually file it

I don't do anything. I have my first interview in San Antonio them I moved to Dallas and my case was transferred to Dallas for the second interview

I filled my case 7/2018 until right now nothing ,if you want to live a long forget sometime about uscis.

maybe it’s time for you to file a writ of mandamus. it’s unacceptable that your file is left for dead like that. though I understand that sometimes you need to let go of things to not be stressed 24/7. at the end of the day if you’re able to work and travel freely you’re fine. but what’s frustrating is that you could be well on your way to become a citizen if it wasn’t for a broken system. I never understand why they say that they “can’t do anything”. is the system that failed that it depends on the stars being aligned that day for you to see some movement on your case. it shouldn’t be like winning the lottery.

I shouldn’t complain compared to you. my case has been pending since may 2020. I’m annoyed by it but mostly worried about receiving my renewal ead soon because mine expires in December.

whoknows yes man I learned much about uscis ,I gave a lot advice to my friends they went trough and everything was smoothly but mine was locked up you know but I can’t complain because life’s still goes on and I’m safe and healthy though.there are two things we should know in the life.the first thing depends on us and the second one independent of us whatever we do we can’t change then let’s it go the way it want .Being a philosopher helps that much never worried.

damn man, you are preaching the gospel!! it’s easy to get caught up and not realizing your luck but I agree with you there’s thing that you can’t control and it’s toxic to put that amount of stress on yourself for something like that.

you know what no one will hurts himself,I know of could do something to your own to fixed the case you would help yourself move on but it still depends to someone then if your succes depends on someone you have let him take his time..everything happens for a reason. good luck to us so relax yourself one day it will comes then your door will open and you’ll go in without any caution
