[MSC21909XXXXX] I-485 was transferred to Texas on 3/26, biometrics on 7/14, I-140 got approved on 7/28, got combo card on 9/28. Waiting for the medical RFE. Do you think I can get my card before the end of 2021?

I-140 was received by Texas on 8/31/2020, approved on 7/28/2021. I-485 was received on 2/8/2021.

Intersting your biometrics appointment took very long, but your EAD combo card arrived 2 months after biometrics. Currently we are seeing the opposite fast biometrics but delayed EAD combo cards

my attorney's another client , filled on 12/21/2020, but still waiting EAD for now. the timeline is not pass her, no SR help.

@Eumelio Don’t take the time between bios and EAD as a criterion. the only thing that counts is the total processing time. Mine took a total of 232 days.

@charlie thanks for the tip. By any chance have you applied to a drivers license during this period ? did you used your AOS I797 ?

wow, you are lucky. my i-485 is from April 2018, my i-140 got approved in aug/2020 but no GC yet. my Ead is nov 2020, nothing yet as well. and I’m eb2-niw Texas too…

I filed in Feb 2021 for I-140 NIW, I filed then i-485 in April 2021, I went to biometric in June 2021. I’m in Chicago, Nebraska Center having my files.
