NEXT TO NEVER DO I SEE ANY NEWS ON I 601 WAIVERS ANYWHERE. THIS IS CRAZY 18 MONTHS AND MY HUSBAND STILL HAS NO NEWS AND IS STILL IN EL SALVADOR.

I 601 not 601 a he just went back 18 months ago. he has not been back home in over 20 year

My husband had an approved I601-A before his interview in juarez mexico but they denied him at his interview for public charge and requested the I601 waiver from him. my husband has been in mexico for 3 almost 4 years.
