My case was denied due to my affidavit of support
My case was denied because my affidavit of support was somehow missing and now I am stranded. Can someone please tell me the next step #

I did file with a lawyer but that was the response we got. I don’t know who to believe if the lawyer didn’t send the affidavit or not

oh Kwaku this is unfortunate sorry wai but why didn’t they send RFE for the affidavit and straight up denied, hope your lawyer sorts you out soon

They sent us an RFE to send the affidavit, we did send it but still same issue…like I am so confused
