Looking for a highly experienced attorney for NOID response (EB3)
Hello everyone, I’m urgently looking for recommendations for a immigration attorney with deep expertise in employment-based green card cases, specifically someone who has a strong track record in handling NOID (Notice of Intent to Deny) responses. This is an urgent matter, so any solid referrals would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

what does the NOID state? could be as simple as missing a medical to your finger prints matching with one of the FBI’s top 10 wanted fugitives. Please be specific so that we can be of help.

why do you have 2 interviews? can you share what they ask you in your interview? thank you @Rony Prajita

@Bill : ) @R P I’ve at least 3 friends that had problems with him, such as: Not giving attention to an RFE (almost lost the date to reply, I helped this friend to send it.) Another friend had a check payment returned because of a mistake he made. The other had his Green Card (EB2) DENIED because he told that the guy could drop his F1 status when he couldn’t. The last one has a Supplement J filled incorrectly. Those are few examples I can give to you, I have nothing against him and his team, but seeing the amount of “mistakes” I would not recommend!

@F C Thank you for sharing that

You can actually drop your F1 after your i485 has been filled and acknowledged. The only risk attached to dropping your F1 is if you are not approved, you won’t have a status to fall back on. I dropped my F1 status 3 months after filing my i485 and USCIS only requested for a proof that I was in status at the time I filed my i485, Again it is a risk if eventually you’re not approved because there won’t be a status to fall back on. Good luck everyone
