is nebraska taking 9 months now for combo card now? Im a jan filler.. 3 expedite denied.. biometrics in July.
No news about combo card. This uncertainty is really stressful causing so much hardship. I’m stuck in this country without knowing until when ( already 8 months) and can’t even travel to take care of my sick father since I need as well the EAD to be able get back to my job when i return, advance parole alone is useless.
I submited my 3rd expedite request through the Senator +30 days ago and even that is stuck.. This waiting game is a real torture

They have advised the cases are in line to be reviewed by an officer and to allow additional time for processing of 60 days. this is what i got response aftermy I131 inquiries . so i think we will get combo in 60 days. my pd: jan21

My case was filed at NBC in October 2020, finger print/biometrics May 2021. No combo card yet, my priority date is May 2012.

Nora, my attorney sent inquiries for 131 and got that email response from uscis.

hi Sam m - no I have not done any expeditation and sr yet. just following with attorney who don’t respond coz their hands full of $$$$$$$$ that they can’t write any more 🤔 yes frustration for sure just thanking god haven’t gone crazy yet 😂

would just do it yourself and go outside of attorney, what I did once I realized they knew less than I do

I raised an SR they never responded with to been like 40 days. They are supposed to respond back in 30 days.

I saw someone said they got back to them after 30 days and told them to wait another 30 days, but at least you kind of put it on their radar

@sam m, I reached out and they submitted an expedite request for my I-765 on my behalf about 2 weeks ago. since then, I received a form I-693 medical exam “reminder”. I think an RFE is on the way but I’m not sure…
