been waiting 25 days but no response

did one in june got denied on june 25 bcz didnt have biometrics done bio on july 8 no updates form then so did one today officer said they have so many requests and may here from them in 5-10 days

did they allow you to do another ?

i have seen people doing 3-4 times

one thing that the live agent told me when I was requesting for a 2nd expedite, if it's denied 2nd time around it'll delay my EAD and GC interview so I just backed out 🤷‍♀️

sent one in June, still pending because j didn't have biometrics but not denied , sent another one July 27th after biometrics, still no response , it's pending. live agent said the request is still waiting for an agent to process it

raised expedite request on July 8th and still no result

when i requested second time agent said he is trying to put notes in my case that who ever is looking at your request should say yes. he read to me the whole thing he has written. hopefully this time it will work🙏🙏

I requested an expedite on my EAD which was denied immediately without asking for evidence. even though my I-765 is above normal processing times by a lot and I put in a service request for it.

@roberta urgent humanitarian reason: im a nurse who worked covid and now with delta cases rising it gives me a good argument, and also financial loss: bc I been out of work for a year now. idk if they will care to expedite tho, so we will see.

perla they will do you have an offer letter or something from a job. I am a math teacher my school been out of a teacher since I stopped. my principal did a letter and that worked

my lawyer said the only way to expedite is to ask your employer to contact your congressional representative

I did everything and then when it was taking long I contacted the Congress representative
