premium is not an option for few cases.. still pending and waiting on 140 approval.. case processing time frame is 11-13 months..

I’m more worried missing gc boat if retrogression happen in Nov if I140 don’t get approved. my pd is not too far from current final action date.

mine is eb2.. hoping we get approval soon.
