I sent my evidence to uscis now I’m waiting for my aprouval 🙏🏻
after uscis received the document how long I can expect my approval for my fiancé visa K1

when i submitted at 1am then 11am i received the approval

a consent letter from my fiancé and me signed and notarized said we will get married before 90 days in USA 🇺🇸 and my kids birth certificate and award letter from our family and friends my last travel documents

I applied on August 2021 I received my request for additional evidence on November 10 2022

at the moment it takes around 15 months Mama D for USCIS to give you decision, 2-3 months NVC, embassy 1-2 months. Being realistic the whole process takes around 20-24 months including all of the 'delays'. It is freaking sick
