I recieved a callback from Tier2 Officer!
After been waiting for 70 days since requested, I just been contacted by tier 2 officer. She replied with similar information that you'll get through Emma. I asked about when I765 will be processed and the standard "wait for 60 days" type of answr been given. That was my only hope to get a real update about my case after 11 month but that was a false hope. I'm back to waiting mode again....

i got a call back from tier 2 officer , the reception was patchy, she only tried to talk for 10 seconds and hung up, 2 mins later a got the customary mail that ,USCIS tried contacting you,,blah..blah... raise another request and wait if you want info....

Tier 2 agents are not officers at all. They are just customer support agents that have access to limited info on your case. Everything is in the officer’s hands. Don’t even bother calling, it’s waste of your time and you will probably get frustrated because they literally respond like fucktards and bots.
