possible yea u can get detain depend where u live how strict they r in ur town always go with attorney

@Leo A ,, If an immigration Judge has ordered your removal, then you will be detain. If you are in a removal proceeding , but no final order has been issued by the Judge then it is unlikely except that you have committed a crime. Even with that, you still have to face a Judge to issue a removal order. So please let us know which of the categories who or whoever the question fits falls under.

@D day it was from judge I speak with my lawyer today she ask me if I ever committed any crimes I said no she said they will if I have ever committed a crime or if I have illegal cross the border twice before they give me the removal order
