I filed Feb. 2020.
I filed Feb. 2020. I have heard nothing about my case. I've emailed USCIS, called, emailed USCIS drop box, ombudsman for uscis, and even had my US Representative inquire. All they said it is still pending. Sent to Pontiac Center just sitting. No explanation and no additional information required. . Thinking of getting immigration attorney.

You should get an attorney, 605 days is way too long and very much outside the processing time by PSC . Absolutely ridiculous, something must be wrong somewhere.

Eric don’t get a lawyer for something that they can’t do anything about. if you check Potomac center you would see that 605 days is within their processing time and you can’t even file an out of normal processing time request. unfortunately Potomac and California seem to be extremely slow. would have advised you to reach out to your congressman and ombudsman but since you have already done those then just wait and pray … a lawyer is just gonna take the cash and do nothing
