how accurate is the “cases outside of processing times” tool? with all the current delays is it normal for cases to go past the expected processing times? I am renewing my EAD in Texas Service Center and my receipt date is March 24 and the current date limit to file a case inquiry is March 1st. Should I expect my EAD to be processed within the next 23 days?

For c9 category the inquiry is Dec 2020 and there are cases from Oct 2020 and Nov 2020 still not processed…
