@V Lou Thank you your information . cross finger, I will apply my third time next week. My company provide a letter for me explain that my job can not instead by others. But I have no chance to submit!

V Lou how did you submit your informations? I requested on grounds on financial loss had all the relevant financial statements and company letter but was rejected before being asked for evidence. 2nd attempt.

I did not even get a chance to respond with my employers letter / evidence - rejected straight away.

Yesterday, I submit a new expedite request, but it denid today! no chance to provide evidence. this is the third time. And my card will expire next week! so bad

if i may ask, my expedite request was denied without the USCIS asked for evidence, how did you submit evidence?

October 29, 2021 We approved your Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization. October 27, 2021 We ordered your new card. October 26, 2021 We approved your request for expedite processing. October 13, 2021 We denied your request for expedite processing. October 13, 2021 We received your request for expedite processing. October 13, 2021 We denied your request for expedite processing. March 25, 2021 The fingerprints relating to your Form I-765 Application for Employment Authorization, were taken. How many times did you try and expedite?

I got approval at the third time expedite. They first denied it but Oct 18th they send me an email for requesting the evidence suddenly. My employer provided a suport letter. but that time, my loss my job already. My attorney told me my evidence is enough to prove my company and I both suffer bad financial stuation. But USCIS didn't give me chance to provide the proof . I think I am lucky and I back to work at begining of NOV.

Congratulations, very pleased for you. I have expedited today for 3rd time - there wil be financial loss or myself and company, but they did not allow me to send eveidence on the 18th of October. I am now unable to work as 180 has expired,, which will financially impact me and my company substantially. I just hope they allow me to provide evidence as I am confident the supporting evidence will suffice,

the most important thing is USCIS give us a chance to provide evidence. Don't give up. good luck for you. my evidence is a employer support letter & my oral sugery bill ( 2week before EAD expired) & my husband's tuation fee & mortgage & live expense ,less than 15 pages.
