I-765 biometrics applied 3/4/21 case still pending.
Anyone else still waiting this long to get case reviewed after biometrics. I have an approved C31. My 180 day extension expires 10/26. Lawfull showed I was 4th in line to have my case reviewed 3 weeks ago, now I'm 7th in line. I don't understand what this means... 1st time using this app btw. I'm a hospital employee, I work in neurosurgery and really don't want to lose my job. Can anyone shed some light please?

on my case i-130 bio applied June 22 and since then nothing..and when I checked on lawfully couple days back my number was on 7th in line..and still waiting to get any update..too much processing time..but good luck 👍

My PD is February 9th also C31 EAD. The app timeline is just based on the people who have the cases registered on this app. So it is not accurate. Your line number can change anytime if more people register their cases on the app.
