There’s no reason why an I-751 should take two years. This is ridiculous and you need to sue them like tomorrow

Eric DAug 3, 2021
Two years isn't that uncommon lol. They still have cases pending from 2018

yes just like mine m, been waiting since 2018
Rocco FortéAug 3, 2021
That’s just insane. I would have sued once it hit 15 months
muba 123Aug 4, 2021
I'm wondering why I-751 takes forever to get approved

Suing them really just makes your life really really difficult. They tend to pull out all the stops for you in that scenario lol Stokes interview etc... Multiple reviews
Rocco FortéAug 4, 2021
That’s incorrect @Eric D. Suing makes them adjudicate your case not add or subtract merit from the case you filed. if you filed a Shittu case and sue, they will adjudicate it as is but if you filed a strong case they will also adjudicate as is

I've seen multiple people who end up suing who end up getting the truck load. It may or may not be a strong case but in the end it's up to Uscis discretion how they proceed.
Rocco FortéAug 4, 2021
It’s not advised to sue when you have a weak case. If you are gonna sue, make sure your case is very strong.

If you read the reddit thread with the Uscis worker it would interest you. They decide who's cases to work first regardless of received date. They can put off cases for years if it's a complicated case simply because they don't want to do it. It's up to the Uscis agent and however they are feeling to do the case on how they proceed.

@Rocco No. first merriage for both of us. we did out conditional greencard interview and it went pretty well and approved on spot. They did not send my card for 2 months until i called them.
Rocco FortéAug 4, 2021
Wow that’s strange. What country are you from? if you don’t mind me asking

Something must be wrong somewhere and you can’t just sit down and wait.
