@mimi probably a few months before you get approved assuming no complications in your case. I submitted mine Sep 2nd, Sep 14 they said they received as as of now no further update.

looking at your timeline I’m surprised they gave you a narrow window of about 45 days to submit medical RFE. I had the full 90 days.

I guess just 10 days it seems!

I’m waiting respond from USCIS since June 16 for my RFE. it has been more 106 days waiting for them. it’s gonna take a long time. good luck friend

I guess September 30 was not a hard deadline but a suggestion. Sent on August 29th, acknowledged September 9th, silence since. Also hi Vik :)

eb1, medical rfe sent back to uscis on 12th aug, no update since then, case status still shows finger prints taken in apr.

Got a medical RFE from field office on Sep 15, suggesting to submit by Sep 30. Submitted directly to the field office on Sep 24. Waiting for an update! 🤞

@vik. On June 16, 2021, we received your response to our Request for Evidence for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status. NBC. I sent them a new birth certificate. it was not a big deal… but don’t know when they gonna answer for my biometrics.

I’m on EB-2 NIW, received RFE on 09/14 about medical and for my wife was medical and evidence of legit marriage documents, we mailed the RFE on 09/26 thru FedEx, package was delivered today 09/28 at noon and status immediately changed to “correspondance received”. RFE stated “deadline to responde the RFE until 12/5/2021 but we encourage you to submit the response before 09/30/2021 to be consider for the adjudication within this fiscal year”

@sant dis you sent it in your local field office or Service center? I think when your case is in field office it will be adjudicate faster. Congratulations in advance!

i sent via attorney to local field office via fedex, they received in mailroom on 13th aug, since then no update,not sure where its stuck, there is no pattern which they are following.

Initially I sent I485, I765 and I131 to NBC, and later received the RFE from Charlotte NC, RFE sent to local field office. Charlotte NC

@Mimi, yes i contacted live agents , twice, in 2 weeks gap, first said medical received and with alligned officer, sugested to wait, after waiting i again contacted, now 2nd agent told me no indications if medicals received, suggested me to waith for 60 days. 🤔, i am trusting 1st agent 🙂

I missed your question @Message Vik. After 60 days of submission, I raised SR to check on that. Subsequently I got a mail from FO for the SR that they received medical RFE. My case is now ready to be scheduled for interview for last 30 days. Am waiting for the notice and schedule.
