I-131 outside normal processing dates
My I-131 is outside of the normal processing dates. my I-765 is not though. I was wondering if by inquiring about my I-131, my I-765 will be triggered and my case will be looked into faster. What do you guys think? Thank you in advance.

no they clearly state that both would have to be outside of processing time to even look at it but even the ones who are outside of processing times are barely getting any response

I don't think they are dependent although you'll recieve a combo card and they issue both. Best to submit a SR for your I131 and hope that it will trigger both to be processed. take any chance

how many days should pass before I can apply for expedited request for I131? I am waiting since Aug 2021, when I gave second biometric for advance parole. I had already received EAD, not received the advance parole
