I 130 outside normal processing time
Hey guys! I submitted E- Request to uscis on my form I 130 outside normal processing time, and I received a response via Email that I will get a a reply today September 14th am yet to get a respond from them… do any one has any experience? please share your opinion will be highly appreciated.

from what I understand they are behind in their Service Request. so if you don't get response by end of the day then I will suggest to follow up with USCIS Chat to validate whether your request is still pending officer call back
