@hafi maq I was in the same situation like you I file my I-130 in 10/2018 got approved 7/2020 ask the judge to terminate my removal she did then file my I-485 with USCIS now waiting for my interview next month. so I wish you the best with yours and don’t worry your I-130 will be approved

I had the same situation I was doing my interview September 30 after two days uscis approved my i130 I received the approval notice but my i485 is not updated if I check in the app I told interview was scheduled.

@ Mike Joni when you are in removal you need a court date that’s the way you can see a judge

I wana have an idea about how they do the stroke interview. am in a bono fide marriage but this people can sometimes try to strew people up

with the stoke interview they separate you and your wife and ask you guys series of questions then compare your answer to see if they match. but mine was approved without me going for an interview

I had a stokes interview for the asylum and ended in court. I got married in a year afterwards. Am not sure if am going to have 2 interviews with FO since they say I have I-130 interview. then if I file I-485 I will have another after terminating with court.
