I - 751 to N400 Citizenship🇺🇸
Just a tip and reminder, I have read cases that the remotion of conditions is taking So long in some processing Centers, if you have 2 years and 9 months (3 months before 3 years) you can totally apply for citizenship🇺🇸 while your remotion of conditions is being processed, I have known about cases that citizenship is first approved and when that happens the process for 751 remotion of conditions is dismissed!! I just got mine approved 2 months before that I could apply for citizenship but of course I was planning to have both cases at the same time 😁😁 Best of luck!!!!!

Hi J H, My 751 was approved, is not pending anymore. N400 should be easier and you can file it without your spouse signature however you need to be married still for all the process of the N400 for the 3 year period to be respected. N400 is more about the addresses and where you have lived in the USA. So i dont think you should include all the evidence included in 751 again, however there are other requirements for N400 such as passport photos, please investigate online or ask your attorney if you have one :) good luck!
