how long to hear back from an expedite request
hi all, just wondering how long it takes to hear back after one submits the evidence required for a expedite request, it’s been about 3 weeks. A tier 1 agent told me 30days another said 60 and another told me there isn’t a timeframe.

I sent my evidence on 01/20/2023 expedite as a health care worker still waiting for reply they told me 30 days

If your expedite request is approved, USCIS will take your application or petition out of date order and issue a decision faster than the normal processing time.

no what jay mean is that every time you expedite ANY case they take it out of the queue and it’s placed on hold until they make a decision making denials further delay cases

did y’all attach the email they sent you asking for I for
action with the fax? it says please include this notice but is not a notice it’s an email, I wrote cover letter with my referral ID and receipt number and all that. I’m wondering if I should’ve attached the email too?? the agent told me if the referral ID is on it, it should be fine bc they can look up my request so idk. they also told me there’s no time frame. still waiting
