How do you access case documents on USCIS?
Just wondering! we are currently being actively reviewed but I see on these threads some people have had approval documents without their status being updated.
How and where do I check these? I do have an online USCIS account but nothing stands out.
We do have an attorney working on our case so would the access be set up with her?

I just responded to your question from another post but when you log into your account I think you will see tabs and one of them says documents. you will see a list of your submitted documents but then above that you will see the documents that the USCIS has sent you.

I it doesn't updates when you have an attorney. nothing has changed on my uscis account before or after biometrics.

Melissa CA...it was but its not allowing me..i dont know if time has expired...what do u suggest i do...i am abroad
