have a question
there is high chance that retrogression will be in next month in EB3 India and China, also cut off date for EB3 ROW!
I am just curious. If the retrogression happen, would USCIS started go back to process follow by Priority Date?
I would ask this question because some people who have PD in 2019 or 2020 waited more time than people with PD 2021 just because of 485 filing date late?
what would you guys think? USCIS said that process in order by receiving date, but it looks not

thing moving a little bit fast for people whose case is at the NBC and file in 2021 that’s what I have observed for I-485 cases

i think if dates are current and they are within 7% limit then USCIS should use received date to process application. However given the volume and delays - all kind of things happen and it is not strict FIFO. however general trend would be like that.
