H1B grace period
My employer applied for an H1B extension from 07/01/2025 to 10/31/2025. It was regular processing and my employment ended on Oct 31st while petition was still pending. My receipt notice said I am authorized to work till 10/31.
I want to know that am I on a 2 months grace period now? If another employer offer me an H1B, can they do portability of my H1B?
I am on my I485 pending AOS. I want yo know which status I am at? Any suggestion?
