hi there, I was wondering who is eligible to file 765 online? I’m renewing my EAD card with pending 485 status (employment based-EB2-NIW) and was wondering if this option is available for me.

hi there, there was a list of allowed cases to apply online in uscis website. i think mostly opt/opt stem eads were allowed to apply online
