I am also waiting they receive on March 20th and still nothing

7th jan 2020 still waiting vermont LpR

July-2-2021 they received receipt notice was sent July-21-2021 actively reviewing my case still waiting

paper filed by lawyer. but they scanned it into their system and made it online. Hence, the “IOE” receipt number.

actively reviewing since 3 months now. no updates further

seems like they’re changing the status to actively reviewing and never looking back. Usually when its actively reviewing it should give an update within 2 weeks or max by a month

@sonia k yours is USC or LPR?

that’s what my lawyer did also and I sent the paper work copy’s also including my passport photo and my husbands

my receipt letter is IOE bottom says Texas then I was told it’s in California now it’s in Vermont

mine was cali and then moved to vermont after a year. i didnt even know until i asked them myself

tough luck! Texas would have been great! no wonder you got actively review so quick. now that it has transferred to the one of the unluckiest center Vermont, all we can do is pray!

unluckiest? lol I was so happy they moved me from California it takes 33 to 25 months for Vermont it take at least 9 to 12 hopefully even sooner since I’m a citizen

AQ it goes back every month. i started off with 7-10 months now its 21-27 :/ -all a wait game

I just checked I’m a us citizen it’s much faster for us citizen then permanent resident

it says us citizen filing for spouse 9.5 to 12 month

yes it definitely is thats why your case was in review so fast. positive sign
