same here . one 54 days ago - one 43 days ago . both assigned , never responded .. and when I ask on Emma they say we can’t do anything .. first they tell you to wait 7 days and past 7 days they tell you to wait 30 days and past 30 days they tell you to wait forever 😩🤯

This sucks. I am lost atm

I expedited 43 days ago my EAD I haven’t heard anything from them so today I talked to Emma for the 4th time since I submitted the expedite and they told me it’s going to be scalated and the agent gave me a new target day 10/12/21, let’s see if it’s true because at this point they just keep asking me to wait and wait and wait, but I can’t afford to wait I need to work :(

same here, requested expedite 27 days ago, still no answer…

how do you know when an expedite is assigned to an officer?

when asking an agent on Emma about the status of the expedite they can see if it’s been assigned . they tell you if yes ans when it’s been assigned
