So although it is a combo card, they are two different cases with two different forms. i765 and i131. when you talk to the agent they will ask you to give a receipt number or case number ( for example mine starts with MSC12…..) and then you will give two seperate receipt numbers and ask for two seperate expedite requests

If it's only one reason you expedite one form. The combo card prints 131 on 765 but 131 by itself may have a physical form when it has to be separate from 765. So you file expedite for 765 for financial loss. Get the ead. Then they will send you advance parole(on its own) later when it's time for them to look at your 131.

i called the USCIS and they mentioned that expediting one form is enough to get both since they are linked and that the expedite form will speed the other form rather than the opposite
