Eb3 rfe submitted in july, august and September update!!!
hello everyone. as you know there are many applicants for eb category who received rfe for medical in july august and September. majority of us were advised by uscis to submit our medicals as soon as possible so they can adjudicate it. most of us thought that we will get decision before october as uscis is trying to reach maximum numbers of greencard. how many of you are still waiting for your final decision as I believe most of us already passed 60 days which is a timeframe for uscis to respond once they get rfe response. please mention the date uscis recieved rfe response, also mention your processing center and if you received decision or still waiting. please also mention the officer name and it’s ID number which you can find by the end of rfe letter. This information would be useful if all of us put everything together. lets talk about it!!!

rfe for medical response received by USCIS on sep 22. no update. my feel is that USCIS prefers marriage aos above EB. it’s what it is I guess.

i called uscis and i was told that there is no timeframe for uscis how long they will take to give you decision eventho first they was saying it’s going to be 60 days. if they have no 60 days why they were askinh everyone to send rfe response asap

I got interview set up ( mail not received). weird as Iam single applicant for my eb1-2

RFE was issued on August 10, 2021, from Queens Field Office. RFE response was delivered to the field office on August 25, 2021 through USPS, but the i-485 status didn't change after the biometric. It remained "Fingerprints Were Taken." RFE letter gave the deadline to submit RFE response by November 05, 2021 but encouraged to submit it by September 30, 2021, to be adjudicated within this Fiscal Year 2021. It's been over 60 days since I haven't received any updates. So, I raised a service request on October 25, 2021, and received a response on November 02, 2021, saying that the field office did not receive any RFE responses. So, my case is currently in suspense or on hold until receiving my response. Probably USPS marked as delivered without delivering it.
However, I sent my RFE response again through FedEx, which was delivered on November 19, 2021, but USCIS online account status remained "Fingerprints Were Taken."
