Biometrics done end of June.
waiting for i140 approval. eb1c category.
any guesses on timelines pls. or anyone with same set of details. pls share experience.

I am in same situation with PD as June 2021. It may take 10 to 12 months for approval.

I know people who got i140 approval in EB1c category after 5 months. But most of my friends got approval in 10 months or 11 months

one of friend last year got i140 approval in exact 3 months. i wonder why ot differs so much from time to time. is it just because of the workload or depending on research in every case.

Hi, my 140 & 485 was filed 04/30/2021 receipt was generated on 05/03/2021 & biometrics was completed on 07/03/2021. waiting for 140 Approval & I still do not see biometrics was taken (updated) on uscis case tracking. We have a similar timeline & I pray we get it this year. EB1 3 is my category as a Manager.

@Pinky , @ Ujjwal- mine is 04/25 concurrent filing too. Biometric is done but no update on EAD or I-140. did you see any movement at your case.
