I am now 20 months in since applying and submitted a SR last week, as now outside normal processing. I’m hoping soon, everything went extremely quick last year and then stopped. I765 in May 20 and then I140 in Sept 20. Nothing since 😕

I can’t tell it’s the longest, check Uscis processing time. for example in Nebraska you have the lowest estimated processing

same here. my pd is march 20 and no update since aug 20 (eb1c). I submitted SR to SRC but the response was very general stg like more research is required and we will hear back in 90 days?! what did they tell you?

@Katerina dz are you also eb1-c? 5month is a very long time.. I hate that there is nothing we can do about it but wait. I just don’t understand why our applications are still waiting while they approve 2021 applications and they say it is based on pd date. we did not submit our medicals per lawyer’s recommendation and they haven’t even requested that yet.
