EB Category I-485 Awaiting Decision - What Happens After 9/30?
Do you think case processing will decelerate? Or will there be no material impact if decision goes past 9/30?

Who knows?!?!?! With flurry of new applications coming in USCIS might get busy with the EADs/APs!

Yup! That’s what I’m fearful of. So much for getting the I-693 done expeditiously to get approval within the 9/30 window. Still holding out hope next few days!

I got an RFE Medical on 09/14/2021, they give a deadline Dec 2021, however they encourage in the letter to send the medical before 09/30/2021 to be consider within this fiscal year. I sent it last week, hopefully my paperwork gets processed or at least shows received by 09/30
