EB-3 case at local office
What does it mean if the EB-3 I485 case is now with the local office? Who adjudicates employment based i485 cases is it the local office?

where was ur case before moving to Newark and when did you file I485.. I filed on Oct 5 2020.. almost a year ago

I saw few of my friends gettig faster even if they applied by end of October, there is no pattern and there is no reason why it’s delayed so much in our case

yeah even I saw people getting approved who filed after me in oct... i wish we get our approval today man...
