EAD RENEWAL
My EAD expires in 10 days, I sent in renewal application 5 months ago, the only response I got since then is Receipt Notice and nothing else. Now my Job just called me to reverify my work authorization. what are my options?
I also got NOID on my I-130 which I just responded to back in September through my lawyer, also no response as at this time. Could this situation get in the way of getting my EAD RENEWAL approved? Any suggestions please. I have tried talking to a USCIS agent on the phone but the machine refused to get me through.

For EAD your only option is to try to expedite it. Talk to them via chat and ask them to expedite it. You can expedite it using financial hardship/loss reason. Ask your HR dept to write a letter stating your role in the company, that the company will suffer a financial loss if you get fired, gather your expenses receipts (mortgage, health insurance, car insurance, car payment) and submit it with the expedite request. You can also talk to your local congress person and use them to make an expedite request.
Don’t get your hopes up. These expedite requests are usually denied, but it never hurts to try. That’s the only option I can think of regarding EAD. Good luck!

@May 21 it was very petty and complicated. Accused of fake divorce from former marriage, accused of fake marriage with present wife, Address discrepancies and a lot of other petty and unnecessary accusations.
