EAD Expedite Request Lodged
question, I lodged an expedite through Emma today. does anyone know how long it takes for the status to change to expedite request received? I’m at NSC for my EAD.

they don’t always update things such as expidite received. but they always do if approved.
I did expidite and nothing on my case ever changed but I did receive an email from them asking me to fax proof then once I did, few days later my case updated to we ordered your card.

wow I still don’t have any emails requesting additional documents however I did mention I had prepared documentation. thanks guys

I sent my expedite request march10, got an email until April 7 asking for proof. some people get replies within one week, some just have to wait about a month, but most of what I’ve seen is they rarely update to expedite received.

Go to EMMA, request information about your case and connect to agent.
Then tell the agent your request.

I made an Expedite request two days ago on my I-765 and today I saw an alert on lawfully that reads……My Case has been moved from Received to UNKNOWN……. Pls what does this mean, is it a good news or bad….?
