what was your reason for expedite?

hey, I think you are not alone! I was filed in NSC as well. I exepedite three times and got the same result like you! They don’t even care, just deny! They can approve fast without needing to review case an hour or a day! just don’t make sense. when is your PD?

I’ve been waiting 10.5 months for my EAD! I’m already outside normal processing time.

I paid high fees to USCIS and they are not doing their job. it’s not a free service!

if it’s outside processing time, all you need to do is call their customer service center. and talk to someone there.

M. Erv stop patronizing. People are stressed and they want a way out. Can’t blame them. Trying to expedite an EAD won’t hurt your application, stop with the misinformation. Some people are waiting for 10.5 months for EAD, I’m waiting since December and I tried to expedite and will try it again. It’s ridiculous to think that it will hurr your chances, lol. My AP was outside of normal professing time twice! I raised a service request and I’ve gotten a response to wait and that my case is in line for adjudication. I’m still waiting for the response of my second SR. SR does NOTHING! @Thays S, go for expedite request. Talk to congress representative, try using that route. Go to USCIS Ombudsman and try that route later.

@uros jovanovic, nobody is patronizing. My pd is November 2020 and I’m also still waiting for EAD. I have never tried to expedite till my EAD gets outside processing time. which will be next month. We are all in precarious situations and desperate to start working BUT the poster here saying he will keep requesting for expedite EVERY MONTH till they attend to him is obviously a STRETCH. No one can force USCIS to speed up their case if they deem it unnecessary. All we have to do is wait and hope for the best. but if it suits him let him continue requesting. ciao.

Exactly. If he wants to try to expedite it every month, WHO ARE YOU TO TELL THIS PERSON OTHERWISE??? Are you kidding me? It’s his choice. Everybody is different and copes with this situation differently. Stop with the name calling. We all need to be hopeful. Hope we all get our EADs soon. Ciao, buona fortuna.

I filed I-765, I-131, I-485 and I-140 concurrently on Nov 20, 2020 at Nebraska SC. A couple weeks ago I received my biometrics notice. they are INCREDIBLY delayed. I asked for expedite for my work permit since I’m a nurse and I chose the 2 reasons: financial hardship and urgent humanitarian reason. It was denied right away without even asking for evidence! I been out of work for a year. it’s been 9 months and still no work permit…. I-765, I-131 and I-140 are all beyond normal processing times! put in several service requests and still nothing. best of luck with Nebraska. they are very very slow…
