There’s no way to check that reference number. USCIS would either send post asking for justification or accept/ deny per their whims and fancies. It’s most unaccountable organization in the whole world I believe , more pathetic than 3rd rate politicians and government officials of the countries where we run away from seeking better world

get on Emma and chat with live agent. give the ER number and ask for the status update. they'll give you whatever is the note on the system. although that's not helpful and likely you hear the same type of sh!t. mu 2x ER denied with the same type of standard message. so let me know if you had better experience. good luck.

@Chandra, it doesn't. ERs are reviewed by different people not the case officers on your file. denial doesn't change slow down the pace. I know we all are facing the uncertainty and there is little or no knowledge about how USCIS black box works but let's not overthinking it.

my expedite request has been denied 3 times! They didn't give me any chance to provide evidence. But the email shows that I don't have enough evidence to prove my finanial loss situation!
