EAD approved in 2.5 months
Priority date (2013 for EB2). the date was retained when I filed EB1 (a). waiting for 485 now. QUESTION : my EAD got approved but status for the EAD for my spouse still says “fingerprints received”. unsure why only my EAD got approved. i am the primary applicant.

We filed it with Nebraska but then rest of the processing was done at NBC

@ S D oh that’s good. mine still @ TSC since August 2022 (eb1a) when it was filed. No approvals till now. Bio was Sep 07 2022.
