DS-260 for follow to join benefits spouse
Hi all,
I am filling out the DS-260 form for my wife. (approved i824 -follow to join benefits). In the DS-260 form under petitioner section drop-down list, I didn’t find the option to select the petitioner as the husband. It only has options like self, employee, others. What would be the correct option to choose? Should I select Others and provide the explanation?
Help is appreciated. Thanks!!

There should be an option for the spouse as the petitioner. If there is not, I would say you follow the way you said in your response.

I am the petitioner for my wife. this is EB3 visa class. I am confused what to choose under petitioner drop-down. especially between employer and other.
