Dmv license with pending application
Hi everyone. I need to get the permit from the dmv, my ead is still in process, I have the extention letter and I fall under the 540 days extention rule also, but last time I had a difficult time to explain the sutuation at dmv. does anyone know how what's the situation with the 540 days at dmv? do they accept it, has anyone been able to get a license? any help/advise is greatly appreciated (NYC)
