what’s your case happening? any RFE?

I just recently got a denial in my 485. My lawyer didn’t send in the supporting document to the RFE and just verbally answered the question they put forth. I just straight up received the denial notice 10 days after USCIS received the RFE response.

@P O she was mad because my lawyer asked for french interpreter after 2 hours she didn't found interpreter and tried to convince us to do it without interpreter we refused and asked to reschedule the interview she tried one more time and found an interpreter from that point she was very rude and took any little mistake for big mistake and finally denied us

even in the denied notice there is nothing clear or accurate about why they denied so I'm not going to give up with my lawyer we will take actions

Dolan, my lawyer just sent in a 290B because the missing document was in their system from a earlier date. The officer decided not to pull it. My lawyer says in that case USCIS should have requested it instead of directly denying the case. Hope you’re filing an appeal too.
