Congressperson EAD expedite
Hi everyone, I’m considering expediting through congressperson and was wondering what is the best route to take. For those who have been successful, do I go in person or submit online. I expedited through Emma one week ago and no response.
My case is marriage based, PD March 2021 and bio done. I’m a nurse who is currently on unpaid leave from my job.
Suggestions are welcomed.

I recommend your house of rep congressperson. complete their form online and follow their instructions. no need to go into office. have employer provide a letter explaining how they are negatively affected by your absence.

I expedited as nurse also and was approved, email your congressman then they will send you privacy form then they will email USCIS. prepare to send your NCLEX Pass letter and Experience as Nurse handling COVID cases or Job Offer.

when I did expedite, I included a cover letter, evidence, and a letter from my employer. it’s best to just give them it on initial contact and ask them to submit to USCIS
