still waiting for i140 approval. i140 i485 filed together i.e. concurrent. PD May 2021. Biometrics done end of June. waiting for i140 approval. eb1c category - Nebraska hoping to get the approval soon.

As per USCIS processing times - last date for inquiry on i131 travel document is : 8th Feb 2021.. Hope we will get our combo card soon as part of processing i131

I am in the same boat. my unpaid leaves started in August. my colleagues got their ead when they expedited through a senator. i believe you had tried that route already. SRC folks are not melting down to our circumstances.

I131 case processing times doesn’t matter unless we filed only I131. if we get 765 approved then 131 will be approved.
